1 x Loading platform:

Loading platform extendable, length ± 8 600 mm with chamfered at rear ± 500 mm x 10°.
Loading platform is hydraulically extendable in width from ± 2 540 mm to ± 3 200 mm and chamfered at rear by 25° at ± 370 mm in order to optimize the rear swing.
Recess in the loading platform and in the chamfer behind for the excavator arm ± 3 850 x 750 x 210/290 mm (l x b x h).
Pneumatic locking with conic locking bolt and reinforced locking positions, the supply lines are laid in the extendable beams and adapt automatically to the different loading platform length.
Indication of the width adjustment.

  • TPMS Tyre Pressure Monitoring System according to ECE R 141.
    Data transmission to the motor vehicle takes place via the standardised EBS interface according to ISO 11992.
    For accurate display, the motor vehicle must be able to transmit and display this data.
  • TPMS pressure sensor installed in all tires including spare wheels.
  • BPW axles and suspension, 1st axle friction steered, all other axles hydro-mechanically steered.
    1st axle with electropneumatic locking device for reverse drive activated by reverse or manuel.

A pair of steel double flip ramps with a length of ± 4 350 mm and a width of ± 900 mm.
Hardwood cover.
The 2nd part of the ramp is hydraulically foldable.
Ramps with individually hydraulically side shift ± 285 mm to the outside and ± 215 mm to the inside.

In agreement with Regulation 2021/535/EU, the ramps in transport position with a length of less than 300 mm in the driving position do not have to be included in the vehicle length of 16 500 mm.

  • All the connecting cables (electric cables, ABS/EBS cables, brake pipes, hydraulic lines,...) between the truck and the trailer are according EU-directives, part of the delivery of the truck and not of the trailer.
  • To consider : All accessories and special equipments increases the tare weight of the semi-trailer and decrease the payload.
  • White reflective tape on both sides on the entire length according to the EU regulation.
  • Red reflective tape on the rear on the entire width according to the EU regulation.
  • Warning boards:
    -4 warning boards ± 423 x 423 mm, extendable ± 400 mm, incl. 2 LED position lights and holders on the boards to put a flashing beacon.
  • TÜV certificate exemption §70 for the request of an authorization for special transport for ONE truck.
    Included load diagram and indication of gravity center (on closed position).
    VERY IMPORTANT !
    In order to prepare and send the necessary file to get the §70 back from Germany, we need the following documents of the truck:
    1. A copy of the registration (truck and trailer);
    2. The data sheet enclosed have to be fully filled in;
    3. A copy of the COC;
    4. A copy of the last technical periodical inspection;
    5. If you wish a maximal weight for the road train that exceeds 44 to, this weight has to be certified by an official manufacturer certificate;
    6. An official manufacturer certificate that proof that the truck is equipped with a board weighing;
    7. 6 pictures of the truck without trailer.
