1. A copy of the registration (truck and trailer);
2. The data sheet enclosed have to be fully filled in;
3. A copy of the COC;
4. A copy of the last technical periodical inspection;
5. If you wish a maximal weight for the road train that exceeds 44 to, this weight has to be certified by an official manufacturer certificate;
6. An official manufacturer certificate that proof that the truck is equipped with a board weighing;
7. 6 pictures of the truck without trailer. - Load manometer for determining the axle load, including load diagram.
