Can I finance a vehicle or lease it with a purchase option?
Financing or leasing with a purchase option is not available through SpecialTrailers24. Contact us for further information.
When will I receive the invoice for my vehicle?
You will receive the invoice once the vehicle is completed.
When is the payment for the vehicle due?
Payment is due before collection.
Who handles the customs clearance (export country)?
SpecialTrailers24 will request the export documents, but import customs clearance is the customer’s responsibility.
Who takes care of a vehicle registration?
The customer is responsible for registration.
When can I collect my vehicle?
You will receive a completion notice from our trailer delivery department, after which you can schedule a pickup date.
Can I reserve a vehicle?
Vehicles can only be reserved with a deposit. Allocation is based on the order in which reservation requests are received.
